Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Sosandar PLC (AIM: SOS), one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the UK creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and related Form of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 10:00am (BST) on Thursday 15 September 2022 at 2nd Floor, Springfield House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5BG. 

The AGM will also be hosted digitally via a webinar. Shareholders can register for the AGM webinar via the following link:

Any shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person should contact [email protected]. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to register their attendance by Monday 12 September 2022.  

Questions regarding the business of the AGM can be submitted in advance of the AGM to [email protected] up to 9:00am on Wednesday 14 September 2022. The Board will respond to key questions during the meeting.

Shareholders should note that if they participate in the AGM virtually, this will not constitute attendance at the AGM and they will NOT be permitted to vote at the AGM.  Shareholders wishing to vote on matters of business are therefore urged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy in accordance with the relevant instructions, so as to be received as soon as possible and by no later than 10:00am on Tuesday 13 September 2022. This will ensure that a shareholder's vote will be counted if a shareholder is unable to attend in person.
