Sosandar, the online women's fashion brand, announces that Jon Wragg, Non-Executive Director, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase which took place on 5 May 2022, Jon Wragg's total beneficial interest is in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
