Sosandar, the online women's fashion brand, is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Dilks to the Company’s Board as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Steve joined Sosandar in September 2020 as Finance Director after spending
11 years with Regatta, the outdoor apparel business, latterly in the role of Finance Director.
In addition, following Steve’s appointment to the Board, Mark Collingbourne, Group Finance Director, will transition to the position of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Bill Murray, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

He hit the ground running as soon as he joined last year and, since then, his experience and expertise have added significant value to the business.
